In the heart of the hyblean countryside, our hens grow in an uncontaminated environment. Each one of them has 4 square meters of hyblean tableland that boasts exceptional biodiversity due to the presence of fruit trees, nuts and wild herbs. They feed exclusively on pasture from autumn to spring and on local grains.
