Alessandro Criscione’s Cosacavaddu is a superb handcrafted product made with milk from spontaneous Hyblaean pastures. Its seasoning process can last from 4 to 9 months. Since 1928, the company is located in the heart of the Ragusa countryside, in Contrada Camemi, where the cows graze freely.
