Taratatà Anchovy Sauce – Testa Conserve
A unique sauce that combines the anchovies of Testa Conserve, Sicilian almond flour, fresh lemon and orange juice and grated zest, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Created by Ciccio Sultano , it's perfect for topping pasta and surprising with Mediterranean flavors. The sauce can be poured directly over the pasta, served at room temperature or, at most, thinned with a little hot water.
INGREDIENTS
Anchovies in sunflower oil 55.7%, Avola pizzuta almond flour 11.7%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, orange juice, granulated sugar, aromatic herbs and spices.

CONSERVATION
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
