This bluefin tuna ragù is made from the prized buzzonaglia , the most flavorful part of the tuna, handcrafted and combined with Sicilian tomato sauce. With its bold, rich flavor, it's ideal for seasoning pasta and bringing authentic Mediterranean flavors to the table. Produced by Testa Conserve and selected by Ciccio Sultano.
