Cured Sausage – Hiblasus
Hiblasus cured sausage comes from pigs raised in the Hyblaean hills and fed dried fava beans, according to tradition. Slow curing and natural smoking with select woods give it an intense, authentic, and lingering flavor. Chosen by Ciccio Sultano.

Pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, natural flavors, spices, antioxidants (E300, E331, E252), lemon. Smoked with natural wood. Contains no gluten or milk. May contain traces of nuts.
