The Traditional "Sicilia" Panettone celebrates the Sicilian Christmas tradition. Each panettone is made with candied oranges and lemons, sultanas, vanilla, dairy butter, almonds, high-quality Italian flour, sourdough starter, and fresh eggs. The slow, natural leavening process ensures a soft, fragrant crumb with an authentic, fragrant flavor. Free from preservatives and additives , it stays fresh for 50 days after production.

INGREDIENTS
Type 00 flour, sugar, butter, sourdough starter, eggs, candied orange and lemon peel (glucose syrup), sultanas, almonds, honey, corn starch, salt, vanilla. May contain traces of nuts, seeds, and soy.
