"Re Olio" is the Monti Iblei DOP extra virgin olive oil produced by Frantoio Sallemi. A single-cultivar oil, obtained from olives hand-picked in centuries-old olive groves . The bright green color is combined with a medium-intense to intense fruitiness. On the palate, it is full-bodied with balanced bitterness and spiciness. Chosen by Ciccio Sultano.
