With Re, we celebrate the Tonda Iblea, queen of our territory. This is a monocultivar oil, obtained from olives harvested by hand from centuries-old trees. The bright green colour is associated with a fruity flavour between medium-intense and intense, a fresh and harmonious taste with strong notes of green tomato and freshly mown grass. Full-bodied, it is characterised by a balance between the bitter and spicy tones. It is excellent to use raw on meat, grilled fish, cooked vegetables, game, bruschetta and tomato salad.
