Our traditional dove, ready to fly. Made in our oven by hand, naturally leavened, with quality ingredients: candied oranges and lemons, almonds, vanilla, caster sugar. A colomba that tastes of Sicily. A kilo of flavour and lightness, signed Ciccio Sultano, 2 Michelin star chef.

Good on the inside and beautiful on the outside, but above all a colomba with its own box that chooses reused packaging, avoiding producing more rubbish. Let’s remain sustainable!
The cost of the dove is 42 euros. Free shipping in Italy with 70 euro spending and in Europe with 200 euro spending, including discounts.

Ingredients: flour0, sugar, butter, sourdough, eggs, candied orange and lemon (glucose syrup), honey, salt, vanilla. For the icing: almond flour, egg white, corn starch, granulated sugar, almonds, icing sugar.

The product may contain traces of nuts and various seeds.
